When will the dream interpretation come true?

If I got my dream interpreted with a meaning that will happen in the future, if Allah wills, is it possible to know the exact time when it will come true? 

Answer

You should know first that Only The God, Allah, knows certainly what will happen in the future. It is correct that some true dreams may indicate future events, but the dream should be interpreted correctly and according to the divine predestination of the person. Simply, you should know that if Allah wills, your dream interpretation will come true, and if Allah does not will, your dream interpretation will not come true.

Concerning the time that the interpretation may come true, it is not a usual practice to define a specific time for dream interpretation occurrence. This may happen too, but rarely. Yet, some dream interpretations may indicate that it will take place soon, but without defining the exact time. And Allah know best.
