The Eyes
Allah says:
“And the wife of Pharaoh said, ‘[He will be] a comfort of the eye for me and for you. Do not kill him; perhaps he may benefit us, or we may adopt him as a son.’ But they perceived not.”

Anything seen in a small size in dreams may symbolize children.
Jewels and Ornaments
For a woman, they may indicate children.
Supplication (Du‘a)
A Muslim supplicating for offspring in a dream, or someone else making du‘a for him, may indicate having children.
Qur’anic Verses About Children
Reciting or hearing verses related to offspring or children in a dream can indicate them.
Ancestors (Parents or Grandparents)
Seeing them in dreams may symbolize the coming of offspring for their descendants.
Children’s Belongings
Anything directly related to children may symbolize them.
Things That Come Out of the Human Body
Such as secretions, hair, or waste — because children come out from parents just as these things come from the body.
Seeds
Seeds can symbolize childbirth, as in some cultures children are even called “seeds.”
Agriculture
Farming or planting in a dream may symbolize pregnancy and childbirth, by Allah’s permission.
Wealth
Allah says:
“Wealth and children are [but] adornment of the worldly life…”
(Qur’an 18:46)
Thus, wealth in a dream can also symbolize children.
Stars
Since they are smaller than the sun, moon, and planets, they may represent children.
Righteous Deeds
Any good deed performed in a dream may symbolize a righteous child. Allah says:
“…Indeed, he is not of your family; indeed, he is [but] an unrighteous deed.”
(Qur’an 11:46)
Here, Allah referred to a child as a deed.
Mercy of Allah or Rescue from Punishment
Any dream involving mercy or being saved from torment may symbolize children. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said:
“Do you see this woman throwing her child into the fire? We said: No, not while she has the power not to throw him. He said: Allah is more merciful to His servants than this woman to her child.”
[Al-Bukhari]
Children Themselves
An unknown child in a dream may symbolize a future child resembling him in appearance or qualities. Likewise, a known child may symbolize his sibling, relative, or someone like him.
Attached or Linked Things
Such as drawers attached to a wardrobe, a paper inside a file, or a small cart attached to a bigger one — all of these can symbolize children.
